Do you offer an airport shuttle?
The hotel has no shuttle. Reception can book a taxi for your transfer (paid service).
Where exactly is the hotel?
1 bis rue des Lataniers, 97400 Saint-Denis, Reunion Island (France), between Saint-Denis city centre and Sainte-Clotilde. A supermarket is about 200 metres away.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Rooms are available from 2pm and must be vacated by 11am. Reception is open 24 hours a day: for a late arrival or a very early departure for a flight, simply let us know in advance.
Is there parking?
Yes, free covered parking is available on site for hotel guests, with an electric-vehicle charging point.

Is breakfast included?
A buffet breakfast (sweet and savoury, seasonal fruit) is served every morning from 6am to 10am, at €12.90 per adult. Please check when booking whether your rate includes it.

Yes, all rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV, a safe and a fridge.

Yes: triple rooms (25 m²), quadruple rooms with two double beds (30 m²), as well as 35 m² studios and apartments with kitchenette. A baby cot can be provided on request.
